Located in the pretty village of Koromani, just 3 kms from the historic town of Barban, this traditionally decorated and furnished apartment is on the ground floor of an Istrian family home, surrounded by beautiful, natural countryside and with breathtaking views of both the sea (with the backdrop of the islands of Cres and Losinj), and of the Ucka mountain range.

The apartment comprises:

a large open-plan Living-Dining room and Kitchen area, with a stone fireplace, a comfortable sofa (which may be made up as a sofabed if required) , a TV, a large wooden dining table and chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with combination Gas-Electric Hob, Microwave, Refrigerator, coffee maker, sandwich maker and plenty of crockery and cutlery. This room opens up onto a balcony from which you can enjoy the spectacular views.

A spacious, airy Bedroom with a good sized double bed and ample wardrobe and storage space.

The quality wooden floors and furniture make this a very comfortable room.

A bathroom with corner shower, sink unit, and WC, together with a hot water cylinder supplying lots of  hot water.
Outside, there is private parking and a large shady terrace with wooden table and chairs for outdoor dining, drinking and relaxing and which overlooks the beautifully kept garden.
It is ideal for two adults, but with the option of an additional sofabed and child’s cot, it would also be suitable for a small family.

There are a range of shops, bars and restaurants, etc within 5 minutes drive and some of the prettiest cleanest beaches in the area are less than 10 minutes drive away.
The family, who speak good English, German and Italian, keep a cow, pigs and chickens, and make their own wine – which guests will be welcome to sample of course. They also provide guests with bicycles for exploring the local countryside, and sunshade-umbrellas for the beach.
