| House Franica is situated in the little village of Sutivanac in the heart of Istria. Surrounded with just a couple of other houses it is placed quietly on a hill above the Rasa valley with views that take your breath away. For sketching, painting, rambling, meditating, escaping, forgetting the modern world, perhaps there is no better situation than this property. | |||||||||||||
| Customers can relax on the balconies and look for miles across natural beauty. This traditional Istrian stone house has been completely renovated to a very high standard. House Franica is divided into two apartments, one for 8 persons
(Franica 1) and one for up to 6 (Franica 2). They are completely separate apartments, one on the left side of the house and one on the right.
The maximum house capacity is 14 persons. |

| The quality of both apartments is equal - natural woods, tasteful fittings, quality appliances abound. There is gas fired central heating and continuous hot water meaning all season rental is available. There is a washing machine in each apartment. |

| In every bedroom there is ample cupboard space with drawers, mirrors, seating and lots of hangers. The beds are top quality and the bedding too! Wake up in the morning totally refreshed and then look out of the windows and refresh your memory with what must be the most beautiful views. The Bathrooms are great too, with large showers and powerful! There are mirrored, quality cupboards above and below the sinks plus a radiator and bidet. |

| A local carpenter has been employed to make almost all the furniture in the apartments which gives a unique and very homely feel to your holiday. Exposed, original stonework is seen in tasteful places. When you venture out you are immediately amongst meadows, vineyards and olive trees. And the gardens supply herbs and smells to liven up the senses! |

| Outside, there is ample parking and all guests are welcome to make use of the garden with superb views and the summer kitchen with grill and huge Istrian table to make for a great evening of family, Istrian banqueting. This really is a great place to stay and a great place to see the real character of the Istrian village. When the weather is not so good, you could watch satellite television or DVDs or listen to the radio. There are books to read and brochures to glance at. |
