House Tanja is a holiday villa located in the farming village of Hreljići
close to Pula on the south-eastern
side of Istria. Come and holiday in the heart of a typical
Istrian small village, to discover the secrets of village life and
people while enjoying the comfort and charm of this traditional Istrian Stone House. The house is renovated to the highest standard using top quality fixtures and fittings throughout to ensure comfort, and a problem free vacation, but also respecting the traditional style with lots of tasteful charming details and the character of past times. The owners have made the house for themselves so you can be sure that they will have catered for all of your holiday needs. |

It can accommodate up to 4 persons in two double bedrooms. On the Ground floor is a spacious open plan
kitchen/dining room with air conditioning. |

| There is also a sofa next to the
fireplace, a table
for up to 6 persons and Satellite TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped with lots of cupboard space, quality crockery and cutlery, sink, four ring stove, oven, large fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a microwave. There is a further 4 person dining table to the side. There is also a WC and hand basin to save you running upstairs! |

| Ascending the wooden stairs we can find two double/twin bedrooms and a
separate bathroom. In every bedroom there is ample cupboard space with drawers, mirrors, hanging space and lots of hangers.
The owner has fitted the house tastefully throughout and with every
attention to detail, especially in the bedrooms. The Bathroom is great too, with a large, powerful shower and plenty of hot water. There is also a large mirror and a quality cupboard below the sink.

Outside, you enter through the gates into your own private,
walled courtyard where you
will enjoy secure parking and a purpose-built barbecue area, with table
and chairs to enjoy outdoor dining in the sun.
On this holiday you will forget the city noise and heavy traffic, being just a few kilometres from the sea, surrounded by natural countryside, but also within easy reach of Pula, the cultural capital of Istria and all the best sights and through routes of Istria. |

Local activities includes horse riding, swimming, diving, walking, cycling or visiting old hilltop medieval towns inside Istria. Our office (with Sue and Nigel) is approximately 2 kms away to help with any suggestions/advice for excursions or trips and to show you where to buy the local wines and food.
