As you enter the front garden entrance you see the traditional "sterna" (water well) at the end of the natural stone garden path.
Entering through the front door you step into real Istrian spirit. The decor is Istrian and high quality. To the immediate left is the kitchen and dining area and in front of this is the lounge with the central fireplace. To the right of the staircase is a downstairs bedroom with its own bathroom. Here you will also find the laundry room and your own private garage for your car complete with electric door. |

| The lounge consists of flat screen television, DVD player and plenty of comfort centred on the traditional fireplace. Looking out through the glass doors you will find the large swimming pool and next to that the playing area for the children which includes swings, a park bench and woods to play in behind that. |

| The kitchen is very well equipped, complete with dishwasher, toaster, microwave and the inevitable high quality crockery and cutlery plus even a wood burning stove for cooking those autumn chestnuts on! |

Upstairs there are two bedrooms, both with double beds and a third room with a sofa bed which can be used for a further two people if you wish. The downstairs bedroom could be used by elderly or infirm as there are no steps into or out of the house. |

| The bathroom upstairs has a great corner bath, downstairs has the shower! Outside, in front of the pool and under cover, there is the barbecue area. This will make a perfect setting on summer evenings with plenty of space for seating and enjoying the ambience of the pool and private gardens. |

Upstairs there are shelves with lots of books for reading and just relaxing on the sofa. Also worth mentioning is that the owners will have the house and pool cleaned twice a week. |
